This recipe makes one drink, but can be easily multiplied as needed. If you’re multiplying the recipe, I’d say go ahead and make it in a cocktail shaker, if you have one.Â
Fill a highball glass with ice (or whatever glass you like; copper mule cups work great, too). In a liquid measuring cup, stir together the apple butter, salt, cayenne, and lime juice. When blended, spoon over the ice in your glass. Top with the rum, followed by your desired amount of ginger beer and any more lime juice that you’d like. Stir very well to blend, and enjoy.Â
