The name says it all, honestly.Â
1 stick of butter
4 to 6 ears of fresh corn, shucked and cleanedÂ
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp crushed chili flakes
3 tsp kosher salt, or more if you’re me
Place a large pot on your stove, and add the corn, butter, honey, chilis, and salt. Add enough water to fully submerge the corn, but no more. Bring everything to a boil and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the corn is done, stirring a little to get all of the flavors mixed and happy. Serve with extra butter, honey, and salt.Â
